 Off road parking for 3 cars is available in the property's garden.
The chalet is 195 m2 and built on 3 floors.
The main entrance is at ground level and comprises a ski and boot room with washing machine, sink, beer fridge, a lavatory with washbasin and large cupboard for kit.
The stairs lead up to a large glass fronted open plan kitchen, dining and living area with the old wooden beams exposed up to the roof.
The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, cookware & tableware for 18. The dining room table seats 12 comfortably.
 The living furniture includes a sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD player with internet WiFi connections available.
The glass doors open at ground level to a south east facing terrace of 40m2, equipped with table, chairs, parasol & BBQ. There is also a hot tub on the terrace for your exclusive use, allowing you relax after a hard days skiing whilst taking in the beautiful views of the mountains.
 To the side of the living area is a double bedroom with a glass door leading outside.
There is also a family bathroom with bath, two sinks and lavatory on this level.
A wooden staircase takes you to the first floor which has a balcony from where the living area can be viewed. Off this there are two shower rooms, each with a shower, sink and lavatory.
Two of the bedrooms on this floor are twins/doubles and glass fronted with opening doors. The two singles have large velux windows and extra single beds that can be pulled from underneath making them a very cosy twin.
All bedrooms in the chalet have wooden floor boards & fitted cupboards. All the remaining floor space and the terrace is tiled.
All beds will be made with mattress protectors, bottom sheets, duvets & covers and two pillows with covers per person. Blankets are also available.
There will be one bath towel provided per person as well as hand towels & bath mats.
We have cots & linen, highchairs, baby chairs, toys & books, stair gates, changing mats, baby baths & towels for your children or babies, please let us know what is required.
Services Offered
We aim to be as flexible as possible so that your holiday can be tailored specifically to your needs. The following can be organised at an extra cost.  We are happy to cook 3 or 4 course evening meals which will be served in the comfort of your own chalet. We can order take away meals for you or book tables at restaurants. Transfers can be organised to get you from Geneva and back although we would always recommend that you have at least one car between you. Although all facilities are within walking distance or on bus routes, your own transport will make life much easier for you. We work with door-step skis who will bring your hire skis/boards and boots to the chalet and fit them for you in the comfort of your own home. This saves time and hassle and means that you can get straight out onto the slopes on your first morning. They are always on call should you need any changes or repairs and will also collect your kit at the end of the holiday. We have a good relationship with Jack frosts childcare (www.jackfrosts.com) and can organise either childcare for certain days of your stay or babysitting in the evenings.
We can also arrange for your lift passes to be ready for you at the chalet and help with booking lessons & guiding.
